Dear Dr. Laura
It has been almost three years since I lost my wife to the flu. Since that time, I have been lucky enough to be a stay-at-home Dad for my teenage son. Today my wife would have been 56 years old. It has been a tough road for both of us, but with the support of her family and our friends, we have managed to pull ourselves through.
I am happy I never missed a chance to tell her how much I loved her. It truly means more when they are alive and with you then to hold back until it is too late. Please remind your listeners: NOW is the time to tell the people they love how much they mean to you, because after they are gone it is too late.
Thanks for being there as I am a regular listener to your show.
James
