Being Honest Can Be Difficult
11/15/2013

My daughter and I once walked out of the Dollar Store with an item in my daughter's stroller. I didn't notice until I was home, tired, and hungry. My daughter, who was 3 at the time, said, "We are going to go back and pay for it, right?" I remember thinking, oh it's just a dollar item, but then I thought of her and the store owner. I knew what the right thing to do was. Back to the store we marched, and paid for it. To this day my girls are careful to look in the stroller/cart prior to leaving the store.
