My husband and I have been married for 24 years, raised two boys, and after more than a decade of listening to you and following your advice about how to properly treat a husband, I'm proud to report that I am my husband's girlfriend and he's my boyfriend!  

I'm 49 and he's 52, and we still hold hands when we're out walking.  We always give each other a goodnight kiss, because it's hard to stay mad at someone who wants to kiss you before you go to sleep.  We treat each other respectfully and kindly.

One of the reasons I have kept acting like a girlfriend is that I like to believe he still adores me like he did when we were dating.  And I get it back from him tenfold.
