July 19, 2016Helping to Make Me a Better Person
Dear Dr. Laura,
Just like anyone, I have my own struggles but have never considered myself to be a victim; no matter how difficult the situation. Over the years I have sought help from a few therapists to help me repair my relationship with my mother and to help me through my divorce with my poorly chosen first husband.
None of them have helped me as much as you have. Just by mirroring someone else's experience and applying advice to my own situations, I have grown into a better person. Your advice has molded me into a stronger person who is no longer a people pleasing pushover. I have learned that I do not have to accept crumbs that are being handed out.
From the bottom of my heart, please accept my sincere thanks for helping to make me a better person. The positive impact you have had on my life is truly immeasurable. I remain forever grateful for your influence.
Many blessings to you and your family.
