I was listening to Monday's podcast when you read a few "sayings" a woman heard from her father. I wanted to share a saying that my grandma used to tell us. 

She used to say, "No one can walk on you unless you're lying down." That just about says it all! 

This made me think of you so I just thought that I would share! Thanks for all you do!
