I am emailing you regarding the subject of grief. Thank you for stating the truth on your show that "time does not heal". You are the only one I have heard or read who have told the truth about that.

Grief experts say that it takes 1 year to heal for every 5 years that you are married. For me that would have been 7 years to come out of my sad state. I did feel better after 7 years, but it has been 12 now and I still suffer at many levels. I don't dwell on the loss though because that does no good, I focus on living. But it helps to hear the truth from someone like you who we all respect.
